Flower Enrichment Programming 

In addition to flower farming, Ellie works off the farm as a special educator working with individuals with disabilities.  She has been working in the field for 15 years.  She received her Bachelors Degree from Winona State and her Masters Degree from St. Mary's University both in Special Education.  She currently teaches at a local high school.

Ellie has developed and designed unique opportunities to bring enrichment opportunities through flowers and farming to individuals with disabilities as well as those living in senior resident communities.  All activities and programming is designed with multiple visual and tactile components to provide a profound enrichment experience.

We offer a variety of opportunities to allow individuals to feel, smell and experience the joy that flowers bring.  Workshops are uniquely designed to meet the needs and interests of the group.  Some of our current programming includes:
